Privacy Policy

iProTV is developed and published by an independent developer (“we”, “the developer”). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

The short version

iProTV has no server of its own. Your playlists, credentials and viewing history stay on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never see them, and we don’t sell or share any data.

Content

iProTV does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. You configure the app with your own playlist sources (M3U or Xtream-Codes portals). You are responsible for having the right to access the content you configure.

Data stored on your device and in your iCloud

  • Playlist sources and credentials (Xtream login, M3U URLs)
  • Favorites, watch progress, and app settings

This data is stored locally and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through your private iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit. It is never transmitted to the developer. If you are not signed in to iCloud, no data leaves your device for syncing.

Data sent to third-party services

  • Apple — purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment information.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous crash reports (device model, OS version, crash logs) to help fix bugs. Analytics tracking is disabled.
  • TMDB — media titles may be sent to fetch artwork and metadata.
  • OpenSubtitles — if you sign in, your OpenSubtitles credentials are stored securely in the device Keychain and sent only to OpenSubtitles to search and download subtitles.
  • Your playlist provider — streams are requested directly from the servers you configured; the developer is not involved.

What we don’t do

  • No ads, no tracking, no sale of data
  • No account required, no personal data collected by the developer

Children

The app is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL.
